DMCA / Copyright Notice

Filing a takedown notice

Send your notice to the designated agent atoubigeej@gmail.comwith "DMCA" in the subject. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the notice must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail that we can locate it (URL, screenshot, testimony ID).
4. Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

On receiving a valid notice, Marturia will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. The user may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). If we receive a valid counter- notice, we may restore the material after 10-14 business days unless you file a court action.

Repeat infringers

Users who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts terminated.
